Calling for Volunteers in Detroit:

There will be need for many volunteers serving in various roles including assistance at the registration desk, helping with transportation logistics, serving in liturgical ministry functions, as well as breakout session support roles. Persons wishing to volunteer should submit the on-line form below.

Certain roles that require substantial time commitment qualify for the Volunteer Discounted Registration Fee of $100. If you are not yet registered, we ask that you register at the regular rate of $260 ($220 if you register before March 31). If you are selected for a volunteer role that qualifies for the volunteer discount rate ($100), the difference will be refunded at the time of the conference in Detroit. All volunteers are responsible for their own lodging and meals except those that may be included in the registration fee.

All those who submit this form can expect to receive communication via email from our Volunteer Coordinator. Certain roles will involve training through conference call while others will involve a short physical meeting on site at the ACC when it convenes in Detroit. This is your invitation to reserve exhibit space at the American Catholic Council Conference to be held  June 10-12, 2011 at the Detroit Convention Center and Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center, Detroit, MI. The tentative exhibit hall hours are:

FRIDAY, June 10, 12pm – 5pm;  SATURDAY, June 11, 8am – 6pm

Your 10′ x 10′ booth space includes one 6′ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket and ID sign.  Each Commercial booth is $400, each Service booth (no sales permitted) is $250.  ONE Complimentary conference registration is allowed per booth reserved. Exhibit space may be reserved in the following manner:

Please note that hotel reservations must be made using the online Conference Registration form (see above).  You may reserve a room without a conference registration by choosing the conference registration option   “I am not registering at this time.”  If you are registering for booth space online, there is a link to the Conference Registration form.
