HOPE AND JOY THIS BLESSED SEASON

As the year draws to a close and our Advent meditations unfold, plans for the future dance in our heads like “sugarplums”.

This past Gaudete Sunday we lit the candle of “joy”. And Pope Francis, in

Evangelii Gaudium, has called us to be joyful.  But,

given all the added responsibilities we take on in this season, you might be asking yourself, ‘how can I be experiencing joy when I have so much to do?’

The American Catholic Council wants to bring you joy!

We want to put plans into action that will help all of us feel the deep joy of meaningful service and a groundswell of change.

How will we accomplish this joy?

  • Developing, distributing, analyzing and delivering a survey based on the Vatican’s directive to the bishops for the Synod on the Family in collaboration with other reform groups.
  • Making our presence felt in Philadelphia for the Pope’s visit and the World Meeting of Families in September.
  • Once again bringing your voice to Rome next October for the Synod on the Family.

Your donation now will enable ACC to continue into 2015.

Your donation will make these “visions” become reality.

Your donation now, quite simply, will help us bring you the joy of

rebuilding our Church together.

ACC wishes you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year where we hope to welcome in joy and hope through our combined efforts to have our voices heard in our Church!
