ACC 2011 Financial Report, Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2011
In compliance with US Federal Tax regulations, ACC has filed its 2011 return with the Internal Revenue Service. Links to the complete return, with supporting documentation, are listed below.
Summary: ACC started in January 2011 with $35600 in the bank-mostly, pre-registrations for the Council’s first gathering in Detroit last June, net of required deposits. Income for 2011 included Council revenue of $198,000 and Contributions of $18,000. (ACC does not include in revenue or expenses the approximate $40,000 spent by planners to attend meetings, make conference calls, defray expenses of ACC directly.) The Detroit Council bills were approximately $205,000. If we include the 2010 early registration income, the Council broke even or was slightly in the black. We also made a contribution to four Detroit area social outreach programs and defrayed ACC operating costs like web site maintenance and printing. We finished the year with $25,350. Those funds have been committed to ACC’s program operations for 2012.
